We specialize in making your wedding exactly that, Your Wedding. Please feel free to call or email us with any special requests or questions!

The packages only include what is listed. Any changes or special requests will require a special price quote. If it rains on the day of your outdoor wedding, we will move it inside at no additional cost. None of these prices include tax or a reception.. Please see our Reception information below.

The Wedding...

Just the Bride and Groom: $150
Get married in one of our outdoor locations , such as The Garden & Vineyard, "The Hitchin' Post" Barn, or the Mountain View Gazebo or inside in front of the large stone Fireplace in our spacious and beautiful Commons Area. These weddings are the ceremony only and last anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes.

Includes:

• Use of any one of the aforementioned facilities
• Two of the Hummingbird Inn staff as your witnesses and the Officiate.

The Bride, Groom and up to 4 Others: $200.00
Finalize your vows with your beloved in any one of our enchanting locations, indoor or outdoor with up to 4 family and friends as witnesses to share your joy..

Weddings of more than 6 people: (Sorry, we only accept weddings of up to 40 people.)
After the sixth person, we charge per person for your wedding in addition to the package price for the "Bride, Groom and 4 Others" and we put out white wooden chairs for your guests. The cost per extra person is $15.

To calculate your wedding price; Take the total number of people coming (be sure to include the bride and groom), subtract six, multiply by 15, and add $200.

For example:
A wedding party of 13 would cost $305 (13-6=7 7x15=105 105+200= $305).

Ideas you might like added...
Have our photographer take a Short Session of photos of your ceremony for only $50.00 or opt to have the Extended Photo Session for only $100.00. (This gives you an additional 30 minutes of photos) These are then carefully burned onto two excellent quality CD's for you to have developed.

Let us create for you a delicate three rose bridal bouquet and a matching rose boutonnière - $47
 

Reception Pricing

• Use of our dining room table
• Cold drinking water & glasses
• Use of our serving ware
• Our staff to serve and clean up

The packages below only include what is listed. Any changes or special requests will require a special price quote.

Just the Bride and Groom: $50 per hour

More than 2 people: $50 per hour plus $5 per extra person per hour.

For example: a reception for 13 people would be $105 per hour. (13-2=11 11x5=55 55+50=$105)

Renting the Inn: If you rent the entire Inn for two nights or more for your wedding, we will be happy to cut the per hour cost of your reception by 50%.

Deposit
Whatever options you decide on, we require a deposit.
If your wedding plans include at least one nights stay with us, your required deposit is only 50% of your total cost.
If you are not staying with us, we require 100% of your total cost as your deposit.
If you cancel more than 14 days from your reservation, you will receive a total refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, any refund is at our discretion.
